Terms of Service

Welcome to The Mysteries Lab. By accessing, registering an account, and using the services on our platform, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions below.

1. Scope of Services

The Mysteries Lab is an ecosystem comprising the Library, AI Simulation, Intelligence News, Horizon AI Studio, DeepKnowX, Future Simulation, and God's Eye. Each product may have different access conditions, features, data status, and availability.

Some products open on separate domains or connect to third-party data sources and infrastructure. When you use a third-party service or leave mysterieslab.com, that party’s terms and policies may also apply.

We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue a feature when necessary for safety, maintenance, lawful requirements, data-source limits, or system operation.

2. Intellectual Property and Content

2.1. Platform assets: The entire interface (UI/UX), source code, proprietary analytical algorithms, database structure, and reports compiled by the Administration Board belong to the exclusive intellectual property of The Mysteries Lab. Any copying, automated data extraction (scraping), or use for commercial purposes without written consent is strictly prohibited.

2.2. User-contributed content: Users retain ownership of the articles, opinions, or materials they post. However, by uploading content to the system, users grant The Mysteries Lab a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and perpetual right to store, display, distribute, and use this content to operate and develop the community's knowledge ecosystem.

2.3. Rights in material you submit: You confirm that you have the necessary rights to the text, images, files, prompts, and data you submit. Do not upload another person’s personal data, trade secrets, copyrighted material, or sensitive material unless you have the appropriate rights or lawful basis.

3. Content, AI, Data, and Simulation

3.1. Editorial and community content: Articles, news, discussions, and user-contributed material are provided for information, research, academic, and discussion purposes. They are not professional advice for investment, legal, medical, safety, security, or emergency decisions.

3.2. AI-generated and simulation results: Responses from AI Simulation, Future Simulation, Horizon AI Studio, and other AI features may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for a specific situation. A simulated scenario is an inference from an assumed world, not fact, a promise, or a certain probability of the future. You must independently verify information before relying on it for a decision.

3.3. Live and third-party data: Intelligence News and God's Eye may display open-source or third-party data, including live, delayed, reconstructed, partial, or unavailable data. Data may change, lag, be incomplete, be limited by source quotas, or stop without notice; it must not be used for navigation, personal safety, operational use, or real-time decision-making.

4. Content Rules and Enforcement

4.1. Prohibited content: The Mysteries Lab was built to share sustainable and civilized knowledge. Users are solely legally responsible for the content they post. We strictly prohibit any use of the platform to store or disseminate the following content:

  • Security & Political Violations: Inciting riots, overthrowing legitimate governments; propagandizing against the state, harming national security and social order.
  • False Information & Slander: Fabricating and sharing fake news causing public panic; slandering or insulting the reputation of agencies, organizations, or individuals.
  • Harmful & Illegal Content: Inciting violence or terrorism; distributing pornographic, obscene content or child abuse material; illegal advertising, fraud, distributing malware, or guiding illegal acts.
  • Copyright Infringement: Serious violation of third-party intellectual property rights.

4.2. Handling mechanisms: Our content moderation system reserves the right to review, hide, or immediately remove violating content without prior notice.
