MJ-12: The Eight-Page Briefing and the Group Said to Hold Roswell's Secret

On May 26, 1987, an American newspaper reported a set of papers called Operation Majestic-12, presented as a top-secret briefing for President-elect Dwight Eisenhower. The papers said that after an object fell near Roswell in 1947, President Harry Truman created a twelve-person group to recover technology from outside Earth and keep the operation away from the public.
